Information Needed

Info on any extenuating circumstances you have which cause your need for assistance.

Copy of the utility bill you are requesting assistance with.

Current demographic information, number living in household.

Current employment info basic income information (from employment, SSI, etc.).

Our mission is to give HOPE by providing assistance with utilities to residents within the geographical boundaries of Haysville USD 261 or with a child enrolled in Haysville USD 261.

We are a community board made up of the following community stakeholder groups ; Church Representatives
At Large, Community Members, School District Representatives, Haysville Business Representatives, City of Haysville Employees, and Other Non- Profit Group Representatives

We operate in partnership with the 501c3 at Haysville United Methodist Church. We are a COMMUNITY organization. Recipients of our assistance are required to live within the geographical boundaries of Haysville USD #261 or to have a student currently enrolled in a Haysville school. We reserve the right to decline help to anymore based on interview requirements and criteria. We also may have to decline help due to lack of funding.

What you need to know

  • Haysville HOPE operates on limited funds and depends on community donations.
  • Assistance is based on available funds.
  • We must always be your LAST amount needed.
  • You must be willing to work with other sources or have other resources for help if your bill is too large for our limitations.

We do have monetary limits on any help given. Help is limited to 1 time per twelve month period per household. All payments will be made directly to company owed. NO CASH given under ANY circumstances.
